Client Monitoring

MEIT are able to provide a Client Monitoring role, which provides Clients with the confidence that the overall on site approach, sequencing and works undertaken are in line with the Clients expectations with respect to the project deliverables and workmanship. This includes but not limited to;

• Mid-tender to tender interviews
• Technical review of contractors submission and assistances
• Support meetings over the contractors mobilisation period
• Office support by means of technical submittals construction queries, commissioning data etc
• Site visits for monitoring conformity to specifications and quality
• Commissioning
• Snagging and de-snagging
