Consultancy to COMO on 145,898 sq. ft. of office space at 199 Bishopsgate; eleven storeys of major refurbishment to fabric and services, achieved both the very high BREEAM “Excellent” standard and the broader British Land sustainability brief that included measures against local employment, education and community issues.
